About This Project

Here's an example scenario from the World Class Customer Service course, demonstrating effective techniques for engaging with a frustrated client.

The goal of this project was to develop a tailored course aimed at enhancing customer service skills for technicians at Astreya.

 

Using the ADDIE model, I played a key role in designing this course. My contributions included analyzing and researching essential information, conducting SME interviews with key stakeholders, collaborating on storyboarding and course design, and creating post-assessments to evaluate the course's effectiveness.
