Management Fundamentals Course

About This Project

The goal of this project was to develop a tailored course aimed at enhancing management skills for managers at Astreya. Using the ADDIE model, I played a key role in designing this course. My contributions included analyzing and researching essential information, conducting SME interviews with key stakeholders, collaborating on storyboarding and course design, and creating post-assessments to evaluate the course's effectiveness. The outcome was a 90% completion rate among managers within the first quarter of implementation.
